Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th, 18th and 19th CPC Central Committee and former Premier of The State Council, has passed away due to illness. On October 26, 2023, Comrade Li Keqiang died in Shanghai at the age of 68 at 00:10 on October 27 due to a sudden heart attack.
Comrade Li Keqiang is an excellent member of the Communist Party of China, a time-tested and loyal Communist soldier, an outstanding proletarian revolutionary, politician, and an outstanding leader of the Party and the state. In the historical process of China's revolution, construction and reform, he has always stood firmly in the forefront of The Times and made unremitting efforts for the liberation and happiness of the Chinese people.
During his long revolutionary career, Comrade Li Keqiang, with his profound theoretical literacy, keen strategic vision and outstanding leadership, made significant contributions to the establishment and development of New China. He has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Premier of The State Council and other important posts, and made indelible contributions to the construction of the Party and the country.
Comrade Li Keqiang's life has been a life of revolution, a life of fighting, a life of brilliance, a life of serving the people wholeheartedly and fighting for the cause of communism. His death is a great loss to our Party and to the people of the whole country.
