Nissan Frontier Pro PHEV 4WD Pickup

The Frontier Pro PHEV is Zhengzhou Nissan's first plug-in hybrid global pickup. A 1.5T petrol engine works with a front e-motor through a 4-speed DHT, producing a combined 320 kW and 800 N·m, with 135 km of CLTC electric range — pure-electric commuting in the city and petrol backup for long hauls, with no range anxiety.

The BorgWarner 4WD system brings front and rear differential locks plus a lockable centre coupling. Combined with the ladder frame, 226 mm ground clearance and 31°/26° approach and departure angles, it handles mud, sand and snow with confidence. Towing is rated at 3.5 tonnes, and 6 kW vehicle-to-load output (10 kW stationary) powers tools, campsites or emergency equipment.

A closed-off grille and full-width daytime running light identify the PHEV, while the cabin offers a 14.6-inch floating screen, full-digital instruments, L2 assistance, a 540° camera view, dual-zone climate and heated seats. In EV mode it is as quiet as a passenger car, yet keeps full pickup utility.

Best for commercial use in low-emission zones, city delivery and utility inspection, camping and off-grid power, daily farm and fishery transport, and government or fleet procurement with strict fuel and emissions targets.
