GAC AION RT Electric Sedan (650 km CLTC)

The AION RT is GAC AION's mid-size electric sedan: 4865 mm long, 1875 mm wide and 2775 mm between the axles, with a low-drag body, generous rear legroom and a practical four-door, five-seat layout that suits both families and ride-hailing fleets.

A front permanent-magnet motor delivers 165 kW (224 PS) and 240 N·m through a single-speed reduction gear to the front wheels. It reaches 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and tops out at 163 km/h. A 68.1 kWh CATL LFP battery provides 650 km of CLTC range at 11.9 kWh/100 km, with 30–80% fast charging in about 18 minutes; a 520 km version is also offered.

The closed front end, full-width tail light and fastback roofline keep drag low. Higher trims add a laser radar and advanced driver assistance, while the cabin offers a large central screen, full-digital instruments, ventilated and heated front seats, automatic climate control and wireless charging — intelligence is the headline.
