Through the deep interaction of 4 waste heat sources, 2 residual heat sources and 3 auxiliary heat sources, it breaks the heat barrier of the whole vehicle and reduces waste. Taking chip waste heat as an example, its recovery power can reach 1700 watts, which is equivalent to saving 1.7 kWh of electricity per hour, and the saved electricity can run 10 kilometers more.
The widest temperature range, the Jiuyuan heat pump has the largest displacement and highest speed compressor in the industry, with a maximum speed of over 12,000 revolutions per minute, and can circulate and compress more than 500 liters of refrigerant per minute. The industry's widest operating temperature range of -40℃~50℃ effectively reduces heating electricity consumption and extends driving range. In a low temperature environment of -20℃, Zeekr can still absorb environmental waste heat to heat the battery. In response to the most common complaints from users about air conditioners, such as easy frost formation in winter, slow heating, and high energy consumption, Zeekr's fast-heating frost-free air conditioners have made three major optimizations in heat exchange temperature difference, heat exchange area, and heat exchange efficiency. Through the "refrigerant + coolant" dual-medium temperature control technology, the heat exchange temperature difference is controlled within 2°C to avoid frost on the external heat exchanger and ensure rapid and continuous heating of the air conditioner; through the optimized design of the integrated module flow channel, hot and cold isolation is achieved, the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat exchange performance is improved; drawing on aerodynamic CFD technology, the pipe aperture and curvature are optimized to reduce the coolant flow resistance to half of the original. The second-generation BRICS battery uses the second-generation lithium-ion acceleration technology developed by the whole stack, which reduces the low-temperature comprehensive impedance by 36% and increases the conductivity by 40%, making lithium ions naturally "winter swimming"; it uses the self-developed composite heat shield insulation technology, with a polymer material "insulation blanket" on the top to prevent heat from spilling out, and a precision-molded "down blanket" on the bottom to firmly lock in the heat and achieve three-dimensional battery insulation; the battery preheating and temperature maintenance function will actively remind users to charge and recommend nearby charging stations through the car assistant when the vehicle power is less than 20%, and the thermal management system supports the battery preheating function.
