On December 9, the latest new car declaration map released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed thatXiaomi Auto’s first SUV model was officially named - YU7.
According to official information, the length, width and height of Xiaomi YU7 are 4999/1996/1600 mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 3000 mm and a curb weight of 2405 kg.
In terms of styling, Xiaomi YU7 adopts the same front face design as SU7, including the family-style headlights, and the overall streamlined body lines are consistent with the previously exposed spy photos. As an SUV model, Xiaomi YU7 looks more coordinated. In addition, the new car rims are also optional.
In terms of power, as a pure electric SUV, Xiaomi YU7 will be equipped with ternary lithium batteries produced by Jiangsu Times, and the peak power of the drive motor is 220 kW/288 kW respectively.
According to Xiaomi Motors official disclosure, Xiaomi YU7 will be officially launched in June or July next year.
